Superintendent Lance Hint’s last day is Jan. 1, and to prepare for his departure the Katy ISD board of trustees has named an acting superintendent. The board unanimously approved Kenneth Gregorski as the acting superintendent at the Nov. 12 meeting. He is currently the district’s deputy superintendent, a position he has held since December 2016, and he will start his new role Dec. 1.
On Sunday, December 2nd, Falls at Green Meadows residents are invited to the 2018 Falls at Green Meadows Santa Stop event at the Falls at Green Meadows Recreation Center. This annual event will be held from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.

Daddy Duncan’s BBQ will open a permanent location on 2 acres of land across from Four Seasons Park near the intersection of Katy Hockley Cut Off Road and Clay Road.
