Don't miss Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center's "Monster Mayhem," which will be hosted from October 11 through October 29. Monster Mayhem will be unleashed as kids will have the opportunity to catch monsters with glow in the dark monster activities and help monsters "come to life" at the Science Station.

The Fort Bend Children's Discovery Center, a branch of the Children's Museum of Houston, is set to open over Memorial Day Weekend on May 28. The center is located on the first floor of the Imperial Sugar repurposed warehouse, now called Imperial Market. The 12,500 square foot space will feature five separate galleries, which will all feature fun, hands-on activities, and a sixth gallery, which will be an outdoor play area.

The 2016 Katy ISD Volunteer Celebration Breakfast will be hosted on from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 13, at the Merrell Center Arena.
