Top Katy Summer Events Happening in May and June

Artisan Indoor Market: May 22-23

Held indoors at Katy Mills Mall, during their normal mall hours. If you are interested in being a vendor at this event, be sure to visit the Star Struck website to get more information. Admission is free, and be sure to check mall hours for times of the event. 

Farmers Market: May 23

The Farmers Market at LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch is featuring local vendors with cheese, fresh eggs, honey, and seasonal vegetables. Admission is free and the farmers market will take place from 11 AM - 3 PM. Be sure to check their Facebook page for more information. 

Katy Farmers Market: May 23

The Katy Farmers Market will be held every Saturday to support small businesses. They are located at 9930 Gaston Road, Katy and are open on Saturdays from 9 AM - 1 PM. Admission is free. For more information, visit their website at www.katyfarmersmarket.org

Artisan Market: June 5

Monthly Artisan Market hosted at the Cottage Door in Old Katy. They have a variety of snacks, gifts, and unique trinkets from all kinds of vendors. They are open from 10 AM - 4 PM and admission is free. Call 281-391-1222 or visit Katy.com for more information

Josh Abbott Band: June 5

Josh Abbot Band will be performing a concert at the Wild Catter Saloon, for adults ages 21. General admission is $35, general preferred is $55, and it is $100 for a VIP pass to the show. VIP tickets include private by access, by the stage, and air conditioned bathrooms. The show starts at 6 PM, rain or shine.

Pro Wake Tour Championship: June 12

Come see the top 16 pro wakeboarders and top 6 wakesurfers in the world compete in the Championship, on June 12th from 9 AM - 4 PM. The championship will be hosted at August Lakes, a hundred-plus acre residential water sports community in Katy. The event will feature drinks, food trucks, and more.

Goat Yoga-rita: June 12

Brookshire’s Rose Therapeutic Farm & Goat Yoga will be hosting a baby goat yoga event and margaritas for a 75-minute basic yoga flow class starting at 2 PM. Admission is $34, and you can visit https://www.goatyogakaty.com/ for more information. 

Community Food Fair: June 12

Parkway Fellowship and Katy Christian Ministries are hosting a monthly event at the North Campus of Parkway Fellowship Church. Steak and Bacon Double Steak Cookoff: June 19

Wildcatter Saloon is hosting a cook-off with a cash prize of up to $1,000. The purpose of the cook-off is to raise money for Patient Housing Assistance for Cancer Patients in transit to the Texas Medical Center. There’s a $25 entry fee for all competitors, and the event will feature a BBQ segment for the kiddos as well.
