The excellent athletes of Katy High School signed their National Letters of Intent on November 15. These athletes have chosen to commit to playing sports during their college careers and understand the responsibilities of doing so. There will be a new coffee shop to try in Katy next year just 20 minutes away the Falls at Green Meadows community! Black Rock Coffee Bar will be opening “on Highway 99 north of Highland Knolls.” Black Rock is from Portland, Oregon and has since then expanded into Washington, Arizona, Idaho, California, Colorado, and Nevada.

There is a new student-run restaurant in town, and the Falls at Green Meadows community is excited to support Katy ISD’s culinary students! Old Town Bistro is now open for breakfast and lunch on most Wednesdays and Thursdays. The schedule is dictated by district testing dates and other activity schedules.
