As a part of the holiday countdown, the Children's Museum of Houston is hosting a #ElfieSelfies with Santa event on December 24. Last week, Katy ISD held the grand opening of its first SPARK Park. SPARK is a program that developes parks on the grounds of public schools with the mission of providing a play area for surrounding neighborhoods and the entire school area. The Katy High School football playoff game will be held tonight, Friday, Nov. 18, at 7:30 p.m. The Katy High School Tigers will take on the Cypress Ranch Mustangs on neutral territory, NRG Stadium. The Katy ISD Partners in Education department recently launched its annual Food for Families program, a campaign that gives grocery store gift cards to Katy ISD families and students in need each holiday season.
