The Katy Tiger Band needs the community to help raise money to purchase a trailer to carry the band's equipment.
The goal is $20,000, of which $6,000 has already been raised. Any donation that is made towards the trailer will be recognized on a plaque in the band hall.

Work on the much-anticipated Cane Island Parkway could begin as soon as November, according to Katy City Administrator Johnny Nelson.
